Privacy notice
Last updated: October 3, 2026
In short: we collect your email address only if you ask us to tell you when TinyWebAI launches. We use it to confirm your sign-up and to send you the launch announcement. We do not sell it, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
TinyWebAI is a product of NIKIK Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”), a Canadian company. This notice covers this website, tinywebai.com. The TinyWebAI website builder will have its own privacy notice before it opens to the public.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the launch list.
- What best describes you (for example, “Charity or non-profit”), only if you choose to tell us after you confirm. It is optional.
- A record of your consent: the date and time you joined, and the exact wording that was on the page when you did. This lets us show that you asked to hear from us.
- A scrambled version of your internet address (an IP address “hash” that cannot be turned back into the address). We use it only to spot abuse, such as one computer signing up thousands of addresses.
- Ordinary server records of each visit to this website (such as the page requested, the date, your internet address and your browser type). We use them to keep the website secure and working, not to track individual visitors, and old records are removed automatically.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools.
Why we use it
- To email you a link so you can confirm that the address is yours and that you want to hear from us.
- To email you once when TinyWebAI launches, and, if you told us what describes you, to make that message fit you better.
- To protect the sign-up form from abuse.
We will not use your address for anything else without asking you first. If we ever want to send you something other than launch news, we will ask for your permission separately.
Who helps us, and where your information goes
- Hosting. This website and the launch list are stored on servers in Canada, run by DigitalOcean.
- Email delivery. We use Postmark, an email delivery service based in the United States, to send our emails. It receives your email address and the message so that it can deliver it for us.
Because Postmark is based in the United States, your email address may be processed there, and courts and authorities in that country may be able to ask for access to it under their laws. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you ask to join but never confirm, we delete the entry after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you but keep a note of your address and the date, so that we never email you again by mistake. Write to us if you would like that note erased too.
Your choices
- Every email we send has a one-click way to unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@tinywebai.com from the address you signed up with, and we will answer within 30 days.
- You can take back your consent at any time.
- If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to the launch list, and encrypted backups. The links in our emails can be used for one purpose only (to confirm, or to unsubscribe), and we store only a scrambled version of the confirmation link.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change, we will update this notice and change the date at the top.
