This website, tinywebai.com, is run by NIKIK Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”), a Canadian company. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
It describes plans, not promises
TinyWebAI is being built and has not launched. What this website says about features, timing (such as “Fall 2026”) and plans is our current intention. It may change, and it is not a promise or an offer to sell you anything. Pricing has not been announced.
Joining the launch list
- Joining is free and carries no obligation. You can leave at any time.
- Please give only your own email address, or one you have permission to use.
- You will get a message asking you to confirm. Until you do, you will not be on the list.
- How we handle your information is explained in the privacy notice.
Using the website fairly
Please do not misuse this website. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its protections (such as the human check on the sign-up form), signing up other people’s email addresses without their permission, or using automated tools to submit the form.
Who owns what
TinyWebAI, its robot character, and the text, design and code of this website belong to NIKIK Digital Solutions. Some parts are open-licence materials used under their own licences: the fonts Fraunces and Nunito Sans (SIL Open Font License) and the icons from Tabler Icons (MIT licence).
No warranty, and limits on liability
This website is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, NIKIK Digital Solutions is not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or from relying on what it says about a product that has not yet launched.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the new terms.
